He never once ignored me or made me feel that I was not the buyer. I always do my homework before entering a dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I give Rod Chefalo, the salesperson, Paul Foco, Finance Dept and the Mc Donald dealership the highest marks. I could not rate the dealer service or quality of work as there was no service work performed on the car. Matt made the deal easy from the first contact via the internet request and followup email. We were able to take care of plate transfer, insurance, and financing without having to meet in person until we completed the trade-in and picked up the new car. If I had a single negitive comment it was the intial appraisal on the vehicle we were trading in. In the end I got a fair trade-in allowance but only because I had done my homework ahead of time by looking up the trade values on Kelly blue book and GM web site black book. If you are going to link to the GM black book for trade in high and low you should be willing to offer initially between the two numbers provide when the trade in vehicle is in good or better condition. I understand the that it is the used car sales managers job to get the vehicle at a low price but when they come $1500 in the end it smells a bit. Dave Robinette More
