After some preliminary comparison on information inquired from a dealer in Lansing for RX 350 and McDonal Caddilac in Saginaw township for SRX, we went on visiting McDonal Caddilac first for the convenience being in town. My first impression was that the newly rennovated showroom was bright and air-fresh, space-comfortable even with several other customers visiting at the same time. Very comfy, indeed. All the folks I encountered, salesperson and assisting staff alike, were very friendly and helpful. My sales rep was Jeff Barnhart, a very likeable fellow. Instead of trying to sell us a vehicle, Jeff did an excellent job to facilitate the process for us to reach informed decisions that would best serve our interest. One thing I'm particularly impressed about Jeff was his true respect for the intellegence of his customers. He conciously focused his role on assisting customers with all needed information so that customers can reach their own conclusion as what best satisfy their needs. The respect, not pressure, made our buying experience really joyful. We ended up deciding to pursue the deal with McDonal Caddilac without visiting the Lexus dealer. After three visits within the week, we cheerfully drove home the 2010 Caddilac SRX AWD. I'd recommend McDonald Caddilac and Jeff to anyone who would consider Caddilac as an option for their next vehicle for these factors: (1) customer needs minded; (2) respectful for the customers to know their own interest best and to have the intellegence to make their own decision; (3) very easy process of paperwork and no hassle; (4)competitive price; (5) great location for tri-city customers; and (6) greal facilities of both the show room and service. I was able to test drive several cars in a short period of time. Paul Foco pointed out the vehicle that I purchased! When I purchased my car on Saturday morning I was able to have it detailed while I filled out paperwork. I really enjoyed working with Paul during the purchase of my vehicle and afterwords.
