I wasted about 3 hours earlier in the day at another dealership. They were not giving me a fair deal on my trade in, the price of the vehicle increased by 2500 from when I called that morning and in gen dealership. The moment I stopped at McDonald, Rick was friendly and knowledgeable. McDonald gave me a fair price on my trade in right away, the price of my certified used vehicle was reasonable and the staff was wonderful to work with from the sales staff to the financial. Overall the experience was great and the dealership gave me the immediate impression it was a higher class reputable dealership. I will always give McDonald an opportunity for all my future vehicles.
