Al worked around my schedule and even handled parts of it via phone. It was an unusual type of deal with a lease buyout and the trading in of a second vehicle on a new vehicle. He thoroughly explained the features of my vehicle and emphasized the great service I can get at McDonald's to maximize the performance and reliability of my new vehicle. Al even rode out to my home to drive my leased vehicle back in to the dealership, and gave me tips on dealing with the OnStar registration for the first time. I feel confident that I can call on Al anytime in the future if I encounter any questions or difficulties with my new vehicle. More
I like GMC products and have leased and/or bought a number of GMC/Chevrolet vehicles over the years from various dealers. I was very unhappy with a dealership 3 years ago and that caused me to hesitat number of GMC/Chevrolet vehicles over the years from various dealers. I was very unhappy with a dealership 3 years ago and that caused me to hesitate somewhat when my lease came due. The people at McDonald's were not only friendly, informative, and polite, but they were willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I would select their site, as I had contacted 2 other sites prior to my selection. I had visited one of GMC's larger sites down state, which was an experience in itself. It had TV's everywhere, a beauty salon, a coffee shop, and other shopping options as well, but the idea of having to travel 75 miles if needed made me look within my 25 mile area. I opted for McDonald's because of the people that made me feel comfortable. I know if some question needs to be answered, it will be. I will highly recommend McDonald's to my family, friends, and co-workers. More

I always deal with Tom for my service work and Rod when I purchase my vehicle. They have always gone above and beyond and made sure I am completely satisfied. Tom took my car for an oil change last week, the purchase my vehicle. They have always gone above and beyond and made sure I am completely satisfied. Tom took my car for an oil change last week, the car always comes back clean inside and out. I called him and told him he has a great team of workers in the service dept. and I was very pleased with the inside and outside of my car. I am raising my 4 year old grandson and the inside of my car was a wreck. It came back to me clean and all the stuff that was on the floors was nicely boxed and in the back seat for me. Never have I had such great service before and at no additional fee. Thanks again Tom and I will be calling you for all my service needs. Jason LaMirand agreed and advocated to correct a maintenance issue that was outside of a warrenty, but clearly impacted by previuos service work. Jason recieved approval from the Service Manager for this repair at no cost to me as a customer. I did not press the issue of the ~$78 charge, but Jason's statement said it all - "if I were the customer, that is what I would expect". I was picked up and dropped off and my vehicle was also cleaned. I did speak to the Service Manager the approved this no charge to recognize Jason for what he did and also informed him that my next vehicle purchase would be from their lot. You can't beat this kind of service. More

When ever we brought our car in for any maintence Jason always was very helpful.He always would set up our appointments and he was ready when we arrived. He also got us a loaner when we needed one. I worked with Al Wilke and Kevin McCarthy on the purchase of a new Cadillac. They were great and we reached a good deal for both me and the dealership. A persistent 'rattle' was driving us nuts. Loose tie bars were fixed and that helped, but did not solve the problem. A new rack for the rack & pinion steering was next. However, I know that Tom will keep digging to determine the root cause. He's knowledgeable, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy.
