Art was great at explaining things in the new cars. I drove 2 cars and he found a third that I liked better. If I have any questions I feel comfortable calling him and the service department at McDonalds. Eleven year ago I bought a DTS from another dealer. It had lots of problems. I was told things like heated seats don't work in the summer, which was ridiculous. When they put a new computer chip in, the car vibrated and shook and they said I hit a pot hole. I took the car to McDonald's and they fixed all the problems plus got me a refund from Cadillac for some of the things I was charged for by the other dealer. I took my old car in for a service check up and detail at McDonalds every year I had great service on my old car and I have experienced great service on my new car. Upon calling the dealership after viewing a 2000 Chevy truck on your web site, I spoke with Bill Urbanski. Even though he was a new car salesman, he went out of his way to help me. He took the vehicle for a test run and then called me back with his honest opinion, which was that this was a solid running vehicle. Based on that, I drove the 90 miles from my home to Saginaw. After test driving the vehicle myself, I decided to make the purchase. I really appreciated all the extra effort Bill went through for me, someone he never even met.
