Art was great at explaining things in the new cars. I drove 2 cars and he found a third that I liked better. If I have any questions I feel comfortable calling him and the service department at McDonalds. Eleven year ago I bought a DTS from another dealer. It had lots of problems. I was told things like heated seats don't work in the summer, which was ridiculous. When they put a new computer chip in, the car vibrated and shook and they said I hit a pot hole. I took the car to McDonald's and they fixed all the problems plus got me a refund from Cadillac for some of the things I was charged for by the other dealer. I took my old car in for a service check up and detail at McDonalds every year I had great service on my old car and I have experienced great service on my new car.
