This is the fourth vehicle we've purchased from McDonald, and the third time we've worked with Rod Chefalo. Very impressed with service, only shopping but drove home in our new Acadia. We had to trade in a vehicle that was 8 yrs old and McDonalds came up with a value that satisfied both of us. I put my credit application in online but never figured I would receive a phone call. Kevin Jones gave me a ring to let me know he could get me financed and that he was working with Rick. I can tell you, I was a pain in the butt from the moment I walked in the door. Kevin was soooo patient with me, answering all my annoying questions. After spending all morning and a little of the afternoon on paperwork for a particular vehicle my father comes in and changes the whole day around. Rick took over and found us a car that was perfect for me. He was extremely informed about the different cars on the lot and knew just what we were looking for. He put up with my father's extremely dry humor and millions of questions. He had an answer for all of them. I was very impressed. Both of these men were very flexible and had a constant smile even though they probably had visions of choking me. :-) My experience with McDonald GMC Cadillac could not have been better. [By the way, Rick has an uncanny resemblance to Patrick Swazey from the Dirty Dancing era. :-)] More
