Jason LaMirand agreed and advocated to correct a maintenance issue that was outside of a warrenty, but clearly impacted by previuos service work. I did not press the issue of the ~$78 charge, but Jason's statement said it all - "if I were the customer, that is what I would expect". I was picked up and dropped off and my vehicle was also cleaned. I did speak to the Service Manager the approved this no charge to recognize Jason for what he did and also informed him that my next vehicle purchase would be from their lot. You can't beat this kind of service. More

I worked with Al Wilke and Kevin McCarthy on the purchase of a new Cadillac. They were great and we reached a good deal for both me and the dealership. A persistent 'rattle' was driving us nuts. Loose tie bars were fixed and that helped, but did not solve the problem. A new rack for the rack & pinion steering was next. My husband and I were in the market for a specific type and style of vehicle. After being mislead by one of our local dealerships (Michaels in Port Huron - we were told they had 6-7 options of what we wer and style of vehicle. After being mislead by one of our local dealerships (Michaels in Port Huron - we were told they had 6-7 options of what we were looking for but after loading up our 4 children and driving 45 minutes to get there, we found they had 0 - not even 1) and having difficulty finding what we wanted, we contacted McDonald Auto and spoke with Bill Urbanski. We found a couple of possiblities but wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal. We went to look at a vehicle offered at Suski's Auto in Birch Run and were once again, extremely mislead and lied to. We immediately returned to Bill at McDonald Auto and made our purchase through him. We are extremely satisfied with the service, the vehicle we purchased, and the value we received for our trade-in. It took longer then expected to finalize paperwork but overall we would definately recommend this salesperson/dealership to our friends and family. More
