Art was great at explaining things in the new cars. I drove 2 cars and he found a third that I liked better. If I have any questions I feel comfortable calling him and the service department at McDonalds. Eleven year ago I bought a DTS from another dealer. It had lots of problems. I was told things like heated seats don't work in the summer, which was ridiculous. When they put a new computer chip in, the car vibrated and shook and they said I hit a pot hole. I took the car to McDonald's and they fixed all the problems plus got me a refund from Cadillac for some of the things I was charged for by the other dealer. I took my old car in for a service check up and detail at McDonalds every year I had great service on my old car and I have experienced great service on my new car. Upon calling the dealership after viewing a 2000 Chevy truck on your web site, I spoke with Bill Urbanski. Even though he was a new car salesman, he went out of his way to help me. He took the vehicle for a test run and then called me back with his honest opinion, which was that this was a solid running vehicle. Based on that, I drove the 90 miles from my home to Saginaw. After test driving the vehicle myself, I decided to make the purchase. I really appreciated all the extra effort Bill went through for me, someone he never even met. This type of customer service is what will bring me back. In fact, he is keeping his eye out for a solid used vehicle for my wife. I've already recommended your dealership to others. The many sales reps wandering around were very nice and helpful, and Jeff Wagner was nice but not as friendly as other sales reps we had worked with. When we found a car we were interested in he let us tes helpful, and Jeff Wagner was nice but not as friendly as other sales reps we had worked with. When we found a car we were interested in he let us test drive it and even take it home for a while. We looked it over and decided that we would go see if the price would be negotiated and most likely buy it. My husband went in and talked to him about the price, which the car was listed online as $14,675, and he told us it would come out to $15,885 with tax and everything. My husband began negotiating with him and told him we might head over to another dealer to check out what they and and so Jeff told him that he would give us the car for $15,000 out the door. My husband went back in after discussing it with me and said for $14,500 we would take it right then but Jeff said he could not go any lower. We left and went to another dealership down the road but didn't find anything we liked quite as much so we came back because we were told if we came back he would still be there and we could buy it. When we returned and said we would take it for $15,000 and Jeff began to tell us that he never offered that, he couldn't go that low. He continually lied blatantly to our faces after that, saying he never offered $15,000 and that my husband was mistaken. After a while he said the lowest he could offer was $15,400 but after the lies we were not going to give them the business. Take this as a warning to have them write down and sign or at least give proof of any offers so they can't pull the same thing they pulled on us on you!!!! More
