We can't say enough about the service we received at McDonald GMC Cadillac. The entire staff was professional and courteous, and you could tell that they love the work they do. It was great to walk in and look at a specific vehicle (the same one we ended up purchasing) and NOT be directed towards a different one. Many dealerships had done this to us in the past, and it's irritating to be led in a different direction or towards a more expensive purchase. We dealt with Mike Pitzen, who was awesome to work with. He was honest, thorough, and friendly. It's too bad every car salesman can't be more like him! We were introduced to many of the other employees, too, which made us feel respected as customers. Mike spent the whole day allowing us to check out the truck fully, take it for a test drive, take it to be inspected, and finally, he spent an hour or so explaining the many controls to us, until we felt comfortable. We love the Tahoe that we purchased, and we hope it will last us for many years to come. If anyone comes to us looking for a new vehicle, we are more than happy to recommend that they visit Mike at McDonald, for some of the best treatment in Saginaw. We came back to this dealership because of the excellent customer service. We were pushed and harassed at other dealerships, but here Kevin was there when we had questions but allowed us to make our decisio customer service.
