I emailed the dealership to check on this car because I was looking for a car that had less than 10,000 miles on it. Between Matt Little and Bill Urbanski, they were pretty insistent that I come in to see was looking for a car that had less than 10,000 miles on it. Between Matt Little and Bill Urbanski, they were pretty insistent that I come in to see this car. I was a little leery going in, wondering if I was going to have some “pushy” salesman meeting me. When Bill met us at the dealership, he was very courteous and he answered all my questions and showed me all paperwork I asked for. When it came time to discuss the trade-in of my old vehicle, he gave me a fair price. We made a deal on the car and I was satisfied with the final price of the new car. Bill seemed to be very fair, without being too pushy about the sale. He wants to sell his cars and he knows how to go about it. All in all it was a fast deal and I had my car the next afternoon. The only minor details were in the final paperwork, the “girls” in the office seemed to get my license tabs mixed up and thought mine were expired and wanted my new ones. They weren’t expired and are not due until January. And the insurance paperwork was missed and not put in with everything else; I drove off the lot without proof of insurance. I had to call and leave a message to have it faxed to me. But that was very minor compared to the service I received from Bill and I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a car from McDonald’s. More

Bill is the most helpful guy I met in my life. My husband and I had been the the market for a car for a few months and checked with Several other dealerships. The professionalism and courtesy at McDonald's with RW was outstanding. There was not a lot of price negotiation to be done, as the price and the trade-in were fair from the beginning. I am a repeat customer of McDonald's and will be a future customer of McDonald's. I have been a customer of McDonalds GMC Cadillac for nearly 20 years. Chuck Latty was my sales rep for nearly that entire time. Now that Chuck has moved on he personally referred me to Rick Coombs. Once nearly 20 years. Chuck Latty was my sales rep for nearly that entire time. Now that Chuck has moved on he personally referred me to Rick Coombs. Once I got together with Rick I knew it was just a matter of time for the best deal possible to happen. Rick knows his products well and once the best possible deal became available I received a call from Rick. I am now driving a fully loaded 2010 GMC Terrain. The vehicle is 2 years newer than my previous vehicle, has less miles and a better warranty. My payment increased by $43.00 and I came out with a nearly new GMC Terrain. I drove the Terrain to Detroit this weekend and it handles and rides much better thany any like size vehicle I have driven. Hat's off to Rick and the folks at McDonald's GMC Cadillac for getting us into another quality GM product. I'll be back! I also had an experience with the McDonalds GMC Cadillac Service Department immediately after purchasing the Terrain. The entertainment/navigation system would not work and had to be replaced. The staff in Service were excellent! The new part was overnighted to the dealership and installed. I had my Terrain back well before the promised time and have had no issues with the new system. Kudos to Service Dept. also. I will be back in this Service Department for all of the service on my Terrain. More
