I am a first time car buyer with no established Credit. I found the dealership through autotrader looking at several vehicals and applied for a loan on a used vehical. I could not finance the vehical I had my eye on because it had to many miles on it and was to old, but Kevin and I talked about other vehicals that I would be able to purchase. He was very helpfull and sent me information on several different cars and ended up helping me decide on a 2010 chevy Impala that I am now in love with. Within a week I was driving off in my new car and I couldnt be happier. It was right within my price range and was exactly what I was looking for. The team at McDonald GMC Cadillac was very helpfull and even sent a driver all the way to Houghton Lake to pick me up and take me to my new car. I originally went to McDonalds to look at a used vehicle I viewed online. After viewing the vehicle I decided it wasn't what I was looking for. Not only was this vehicle absolutely beautiful, and in excellent condition, the price was amazing and exactly what I was looking for!!! But even more important was the way I was treated. The staff at this car dealership understand customer service. I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect. They were warm and friendly (and funny!). Rick was fantastic to work with! I had an appointment to travel up to Traverse City to purchase a truck from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, and the deal went south.
