I was very happy with my over all experience at McDonald GMC Cadillac dealer in Saginaw! Bill Urbanski and I had been emailing back in forth to figure out what exactly I was looking for. When I wanted an Eq GMC Cadillac dealer in Saginaw! Bill Urbanski and I had been emailing back in forth to figure out what exactly I was looking for. When I wanted an Equinox I received pictures right away. I did not have a car at the time because it was totaled in an accident, so Bill went above an beyond and had me approved for my loan over the phone. When I decided I was going to take the Equinox for a ride he had it waiting for me when I arrived. We had purchased a 2011 Equinox from McDonalds and Rick Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately to Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately took it over to the dealership to have it serviced as the trip was going to be over 3000 miles. Rick Combs immedately took charge and had it brought in for service, at that time Mr. Bill McDonald walked through and asked how my day was going, I explained, ad he informed Rick to get us an appropriate loaner car to finish getting ready for our trip. If repairs were going to take to long we were to take the loaner on the trip and worry about our vehicle when we got back.
