We had purchased a 2011 Equinox from McDonalds and Rick Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately to Combs. Approx. 1 week later as my wife was doing some errands before we left for an extended trip, the check engine light came on. I immediately took it over to the dealership to have it serviced as the trip was going to be over 3000 miles. Rick Combs immedately took charge and had it brought in for service, at that time Mr. Bill McDonald walked through and asked how my day was going, I explained, ad he informed Rick to get us an appropriate loaner car to finish getting ready for our trip. If repairs were going to take to long we were to take the loaner on the trip and worry about our vehicle when we got back.
