Let me just start off by saying that I got there one Saturday afternoon about an hour before closing. John (poor guy) just so happened to walk by us, I had been aggravated that afternoon due to visiting Saturday afternoon about an hour before closing. John (poor guy) just so happened to walk by us, I had been aggravated that afternoon due to visiting numerous dealerships and knowing I lived two hours away. I told John exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay, with my surprise he made it happen. He and his sales manager stayed a couple extra hours to make sure I walked out of there holding the keys to my new jeep. Johns efforts and customer service skills is one of a kind, and greatly appreciate by myself and my family. There's a lot of sale people out there that could learn from John, he treats each individual different and gets to know them on a personal level. I arrived there with my dad and my grandma, who are both in need of vehicles and are already talking about our next trip down there. They will definitely go to McDonald's dealership and ask for John. However after having my jeep for about two weeks I noticed that a couple minor things were wrong such as windshield wipers. I called the dealership, they told me to call a local shop, get a quote and they will pay for it. Now that's excellent customer service. I'm not only giving the McDonald GMC Cadillac 5 stars but John too. Thanks a lot guys for all your help. More

He was always available for questions if we had them and found a perfect car for our family in ONE day. We went from being extremely stressed in this situation to completely relieved and at ease. We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Jesse and McDonald Cadillac. We felt very well taken care of and appreciate the wonderful customer service and attentiveness that was shown to us. We plan to call Jesse Porter in the future for any and all car purchases we may need. More
