The customer service was excellent. We found a car that we really liked. We took it for a test drive and found the passenger seat and seat belt were not working. When we got back they already had the seat pulled out of the car and were working on it and the seat belt. My husband had requested that they put the car up on the hoist and let him look underneath it (it is a 2003), which they did. The mechanic walked from one end of the car to the other with a flashlight going over everything with my husband. We were very impressed.They gave us a good deal on the car and a fair amount on our tradein. We left there around 6:00 with the car. We thought we would go back and get it on Monday.We were super surprised that we could leave that day with the car. Also the 2003 Buick does have some nicks in it which they said they will fix. All I have to do is make an appointment. We were very impressed. More

I have been thinking about robbing a bank for a few weeks now and I just had a feeling that my current get-away vehicle, a 17 year old GMC pickup truck, was not quite up to the task. I wheeled in to McDonal now and I just had a feeling that my current get-away vehicle, a 17 year old GMC pickup truck, was not quite up to the task. I wheeled in to McDonald's lot and ask to see Mr. Bill Urbanski. We talked for a bit and I explained to him what my plans were. He told me that if I was planning to rob a bank that I would surely get caught. He said that if I was going to get caught, the last thing that I would want is to be caught driving a 17 year old truck. We both laughed. I told him that I didn't have much money, OBVIOUSLY. So we strolled over to the Economy Lot for a quick look-see. Suddenly, off in the not too distant...distance, there it was. A brand new 10 year old pickup truck that was the same color and everything. Bill told me that if I went to the bank and asked to borrow some money that they would loan it to me as long as I paid it back. I was like, REALLY? YOU CAN DO THAT??? To make a long story short, I got the new 10 year old truck and thanks to Bill Urbanski, I didn't have to rob a bank to get it. More

I went to McDonald dealership to begin looking for a new truck. Adam came out side and introduced himself and we talked trucks and he gave me his card. I went down the street to another dealership looking at trucks, no one came out side in the cold weather to check on us. So I checked out the trucks online at the McDonald dealership and found a few that I liked. Called Adam he answered all of my questions and set up a test drive. After picking out the right truck Adam set up an appointment to have remote start and bed cover to be installed. Adam set up a loaner car for the day as the truck was getting the work done. I would recommend Adam and McDonald to anyone looking for a new vehicle!! More

I came into the used car dealership on Monday March 11, 2013 to look at a used vehicle I had looked at earlier in the week. I was greeted by Scott Roberson who right away had my trade in looked at , valu 2013 to look at a used vehicle I had looked at earlier in the week.
