I originally went to McDonalds to look at a used vehicle I viewed online. After viewing the vehicle I decided it wasn't what I was looking for. Not only was this vehicle absolutely beautiful, and in excellent condition, the price was amazing and exactly what I was looking for!!! But even more important was the way I was treated. The staff at this car dealership understand customer service. I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect. They were warm and friendly (and funny!). Rick was fantastic to work with! I had an appointment to travel up to Traverse City to purchase a truck from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, and the deal went south.
