I came back to MacDonald for another oil change because I had received such good service in the past. After seeing an email that mentioned a Chevy Impala LT, I decided to talk to a sales person and was dire had received such good service in the past. After seeing an email that mentioned a Chevy Impala LT, I decided to talk to a sales person and was directed to Bill Urbanski. Bill answered all my questions, I never felt like I was being pressured which would have been a deal breaker right away. He was very friendly and patient and made the whole experience very smooth. I had asked Bill to call to remind me to bring the title and he did! I didn't have to do a thing! I never had to call my insurance company, didn't have to be concerned with the title transfer, the registration....they did it all!!! As for the price, I thought it was pretty decent for the condition of the vehicle, the mileage and the extras it has. This experience was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. More
