Jessie was very friendly and not pushy at all, which we greatly appreciated! My only complaint is that it would have been nice if we were made aware of (& given an explanation for) the $200 D.O.C fee ahe greatly appreciated! I didn't like just noticing it on the paperwork and then given the explanation "everybody pays it" when I inquired about it. Other than that, all the guys we worked with were great. More
