Your survey required me to select my vehicle but Olds wasn't on it so I selected a Cadillac!! I purchased a 2003 Olds Silhouette. I have been looking for a car since the Spring. I started out lookin wasn't on it so I selected a Cadillac!! I purchased a 2003 Olds Silhouette. I have been looking for a car since the Spring. I started out looking for new cars and due to unexpected medical expenses ended up needing to purchase a used vehicle. I visited your dealership in the spring and again in the fall. Marqi was always patient and helpful. I explained to her what I was looking for in a used vehicle. When this trade in came into the dealership she called me right away to come see it. I am so very pleased with my vehicle, it met and exceeded all my expectations. I had some very special needs that needed to be met and she was very helpful doing that. This is the first used car that we have purchased, we have always purchased new vehicles. Marqi's style of selling works very well for individuals who do not like the hard sell salesman. She says what she needs to say in a way that is not intimidating. There should be more salepersons like her. I didn't appreciate that I had to create an account in order to do the review. I gave the rating of great because I feel that Rick went above and beyond his call of duty. This is the second vehicle we bought new at mcdonald gmc and very pleased with the salesman, art neil, and the overall way we were treated by everyone at the dealership. I had to bring the new vehicle back and very pleased with the salesman, art neil, and the overall way we were treated by everyone at the dealership.
