I had an excellent experience at McDonald GMC with Art Neil. I had talked to Art on the phone on Thursday the 13th and indicated to him that I was interested in the McDonald lease pull ahead on my 201 Neil. I had talked to Art on the phone on Thursday the 13th and indicated to him that I was interested in the McDonald lease pull ahead on my 2011 GMC Terrain. We agreed to an appointment on Friday the 14th. Art met us at the door and we spent one and a half hours with him. He was well prepared and we agreed to a purchase of GMC 2014 Terrain. We discussed price and took a test drive of the vehicle. We arrived at a price and picked it up the next day. Art did a great job in explaining various features of the vehicle. Also the finance manager Tim Farver did a great job in helping with the paper work. We rank Art Neil as an excellent sales person and we have and will recommend him to family and friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
