He never pressured me to change any of my parameters, and I really appreciated that. They both took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I was impressed with how smoothly the whole process went. Joe has my next vehicle needs already in mind and I know he will contact me in the future when he finds another perfect fit. The way I was treated today you would have thought I bought a whole fleet of cars. They went above and beyond in making sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. I am already looking forward to returning. More

Purchase of an Aztek I was met at the door by my sales representative Bill. He had the vehicle ready for a comprehensive test drive that would have revealed any flaws in t I was met at the door by my sales representative Bill. Without being asked Bill provided all the information about the vehicle that I wanted to know. After the test drive Bill and I negotiated a fair price. Then the paperwork was handled expediently, including the license plates.Before I could even mentioned what I perceived as a problem getting the vehicle to my daughter's home in Novi Bill said it could be delivered by by the next morning. Cool! Almost before I could tell my family the vehicle was going to be delivered it was delivered that very afternoon. All in all the purchase of the vehicle was a most pleasant experience, I am grateful. More
