Unexpected, but happy, ending! What I thought was going to be "just another dealership" that overlooked me and was unwilling to work with me, ended up being exactly the opposite. What I thought was going to be "just another dealership" that overlooked me and was unwilling to work with me, ended up being exactly the opposite. I've spent nearly a month hopping from dealership to dealership looking for a reasonably priced used SUV, all of which I'd left empty-handed or with a poor impression of the sales individual I worked with. Frankly, I initially felt the same way about McDonald Cadillac GMC. I had found the perfect used car at this dealership to fit my needs, and after 10 days of calling, rescheduling visits, and waiting to test drive the vehicle, I learned it had been sold the day before my scheduled visit. I was SO relieved when I heard Bob's commitment to working with me and doing everything he could to find a vehicle that worked for me and fit my limited budget. Bob (and the finance department!) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to search multiple used car lots, contact MANY banks, and get me the BEST deal I could've received for the vehicle I ended up with! Plus, they were able to lock-in this vehicle for me in less than 48 hours. I'm so happy with my 2013 GMC Terrain and the service I received at McDonald Cadillac GMC in Saginaw! More
