They were both very friendl My husband and I had a good experience buying our new 2019 Terrain. AJ Ramirez and Amy Courtney were great to work with. They were both very friendly, professional, and treated us with dignity and respect. We did spend more than we wanted on our purchase but the 0% financing was a plus. Overall employees were friendly and made our experience a pleasant one. I would have liked to seen a returning customer credit/rebate offered as this was our third vehicle we have purchased from this dealership.. An extra free oil change would of been nice as well. Simple gestures are things customers remember and help keep them coming back. More
