That really makes no sence to me!!!! McDonalds chev can someone make this list for service so they can do their jobs correctly? And people like me can have confidence in the dealership… More
I've purchased two vehicles from McDonald Chevrolet never had a problem really was happy with my purchases and services until my recent visit. I purchased four duratrac tires and had them installed and they had a problem really was happy with my purchases and services until my recent visit. I purchased four duratrac tires and had them installed and they put a dent in one of my rims which they told me about and replaced it but I had constant vibrations and took it back and they balanced them again and said they made a minor adjustment and drive it and let them know. It was still had vibrations so I called to make another appointment and when I arrived the service manager told me they balanced them twice and they wouldn't do it again so I told him to drive it so we went for a ride and he did notice the vibrations and said it was normal for a Colorado which I purchased a 2016 and a 2018 Colorado zr2 and told him neither vehicles ever had any vibrations, so we returned and I told him I would file a complaint with Chevrolet and he said go ahead and I did. Chevrolet contacted the dealership and he stated the tires were at specs which I knew they wasn't so I took them to another dealer and the did a road force balance on t he tires and found out two of the tires were out of spec now they drive as smooth as I knew they were supposed to. It cost me 120 dollars out of my own pocket to fix my tires. I am very disappointed in the service manager and am sorry to say I will never return to purchase another vehicle from them or service the most recent vehicle I purchased from them More
Took my truck to McDonald's Chevy after I hit a gallon of paint that fell out of a truck in front of me. After having my truck a week I was told I could probably have my truck back on Friday (9/11/21). No tr paint that fell out of a truck in front of me. After having my truck a week I was told I could probably have my truck back on Friday (9/11/21). No truck on Friday, or Monday, or Tuesday or Wednesday, and on Thursday I told them I was coming to get my truck. I was told the plastic molding still needed to be replaced but it took so long because they had to remove All the paint from underneath the truck. No paint was removed at all. They sprayed a can of undercoating on the outside of the frame and did nothing to remove any paint! More
Honest Service I’ve been using this dealer’s service department for years, even though they are an hour away based upon how well they treat me as a customer. I do no I’ve been using this dealer’s service department for years, even though they are an hour away based upon how well they treat me as a customer. I do not know cars and the services associates have been superb in answering my questions. Their recommendations for repairs and maintenance repairs have been in line with standard recommendations and I do not feel they are trying to make an extra dollar by performing unnecessary services. The front desk has always been kind in person and over the phone. I would recommend this site if asked for my repair needs. More
