The experience that I had with Rob Love and McDonals Chevrolet was outstanding. Buying a new vehicle doesnt allow for price haggling but Rob made up for that by offering me a very fair value on my trade Chevrolet was outstanding. No number games like I have seen played by other salesman and dealerships. I didnt receive any high pressure to purchase additional insurances, warranties or add ons either. Rob will be the first person I go see when the time comes to make another vehicle purchase and if he deals with me like he did this time, I'm confident I'll be signing on the dotted line. More

Mike was a pleasure to work with!! This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Mike was more than accommodating, he went above & beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail. I passed the dealership on the way to my Cousin's house and noticed a Pontiac Vibe in the used car lot. It was in mint condition and very low milage. Brought the wife back and we both loved it. John has that type of personality that makes you feel like family after just a few minutes.It was a pleasant experiance.I would and will recommend Mcdonald's to anyone. More
Found McDonald Chevy store on the net. My wife wanted a KIA Soul in Orange...personally I think it's hideous but who am I to argue? Spoke with Rita...first class lady. Helpful, informative, referred me to John Sullivan, and then she even helped me with directions after I got "lost?" on my way from Rochester! John Sullivan. Enjoyed the meeting and sale from the first handshake. He developed a relationship quickly and had a subtle sales track. Went for a test ride with me and talked NOT about the car, but continued to cement the relationship with the store through John. He really is the embodiment of the old "counselor selling" sales track from the 70's. It works, and I'm happy. Met Wayne Shrontz. Not your typical big-city sales manager. Great communicator! Look, he took my trade for a check ride. Then he asked me a question I have NEVER been asked by any appraiser anywhere. "So Alan, tell me all about your car! I like it but I'm interested in hearing from you!" And he LISTENED as I droned on and on about everything I had done to maintain the vehicle. Showed real interest when I pointed out specific replacement items I had installed. He made an offer to make a deal on the KIA (still not my choice of cars but like I said, I have learned in my personal life to just do as I'm told!) I countered, he shook my hand and described the deal as "a fair deal". A big-city sales manager never would have showed his face unless to come in and ask, "So what's the problem? Don't you WANT the car?" Your staff stayed long after closing to make this deal work RIGHT NOW! I don't know where you found these people, but I suggest you go back to that place and get the rest of them! You have an ambassador in me, and I won't let you down!!! More
