I was forced to take a rental vehicle back to South Carolina while the claim was being processed. After my wife got things straightened out with the insurance company during the week, I made another trip home to return the rental and get a new vehicle. We walked in to McDonald Chevrolet on Friday at noon. Due to being Active Duty Army and needing to report back to South Carolina first thing Tuesday morning & with the Memorial Day weekend starting, we were on a time crunch. My experience started on a Saturday afternoon. I stopped at McDonald Chevrolet and found the doors locked. To my surprise I was let in by Wayne. He welcomed me with a smile and introduced to Mike.
