I emailed Andy and told him what I was looking for and about my trade-in 2. Andy and Wayne found a vehicle, gave me pricing/terms, and ran a few comparable vehicles for me to consider. 3. I selected the one I wanted 4. They brought the new vehicle to me 5. They picked up my trade 6. Deal was done. It was awesome. Car buying should be fun and easy and they definitely covered both of those. Plus they call me and see how things are going. They also send personal emails to see what's going on. I really enjoy working with this team. I've bought 6 vehicles here, one before it was McDonald, the others all with McDonald. I'll always go here. More

Don't Worry, Be Happy! I was in the market for a used vehicle for my company. I have many dealerships much closer to my business than McDonald Chevrolet, and I did look at s I was in the market for a used vehicle for my company. I have many dealerships much closer to my business than McDonald Chevrolet, and I did look at some cars there as well. One of my supervisors had recently purchased a car from them and he suggested I go there and take a look. Rob Love was his salesperson so I asked for Rob. Rob Love was great. He asked me many questions on what I was looking for, my price range, how many miles I would drive annually, etc. He found a couple vehicles that fit what I was looking for and I did a test drive. I chose one and did the deal! Leaving the dealership, I noticed the "service airbag" light was on. I turned around and showed it to Rob. He took care of it the next day at no charge, even added fuel to the car! (Plus he gave me three hats!)
