They took 3 weeks to perform a 1 day service recall. I brought in my car to have the recall done, they had to order parts but didn't tell me for 2 days. I tookmy car back and told them to call me when the brought in my car to have the recall done, they had to order parts but didn't tell me for 2 days. I tookmy car back and told them to call me when the parts came in. I was called and brought my car back, only they didn"t have ALL the parts. When did I find out? 2 DAYS LATER! I bring my car back a 3rd time, assured that all the parts are there. I leave my car and go to work. I call @ 6 that evening to check if its ready and find that nobody knows. I call back the next day and find that the work was completed the previous day and no one notified me when it was ready. Not only did my complaints fall on deaf ears, but were met with a slight hostility. More
Avoid this place they are liars and theives, and will wreck your credit by doing a shotgun credit pull. You authorize them to pull your credit report and they will have every lender in Texas pull you wreck your credit by doing a shotgun credit pull. You authorize them to pull your credit report and they will have every lender in Texas pull your credit report which will trash your credit rating. They caused me to loose financing on my new home purchase due to to many inquiries, even with a credit score in the 800 range. They are very uncaring about the customer and only care about the sale. They will also try to manipulate you into buying service agreements only to make you wait and wait and wait. Never buy a car from these people you will regret it. More
This dealership should not be in business. I bought a used Infinity on Saturday. Drove it home at 8pm Saturday night. It drove bad and I did not like it. Took back on Monday. (dealer closed on Sun) used Infinity on Saturday. Drove it home at 8pm Saturday night. It drove bad and I did not like it. Took back on Monday. (dealer closed on Sun) Dealer would NOT negate deal. I could keep and he'd lower payments or they'd put me in a new car. I took the new car and they charged me $6000 for driving the Infinity off the lot. These folks are robbers. I understand my fault for buying but a reputable dealer would have worked something out. Now I am paying $30,000 for a Ford Fusion. More
