I am a 28 year old graduate student, and a first time car buyer. I recently obtained my first job that would allow me to afford a car. He listened to what I wanted in a car and did not try to pressure me into a "fancier" car. I came in with unrealistic expectations about car price and he really talked to me about the options. Mr. Johnson even showed me a 2011 Ford Focus. I decided I did not like the 2011 Focus but LOVED the 2012. I found one Focus I liked that was a base SE but was waiting for the right color. Over the weekend Ford put a nicer Focus SE on sale for a better price than the one I originally wanted. I would not have come back if it was not for Mr Johnson. :) I go to school at the University of Texas Arlington and will definitely be referring my friends to Texas Motors Ford. More

BRANDON BALL. His demeanor and HARDWORKING attitude is why we knew we needed him. Once we finally made a selection the dreaded negotiations started. This is the moment I usually felt like a leech with a straw was coming after me. Thankfully, we did not have to deal with a leech. We were lucky enough to deal with a sales manager named Mr. TREY VARDEMAN. During our discussions with Mr. Vardeman, my husband and I came to the conclusion that he was GENUINE, PRACTICAL and above all was WILLING TO WORK WITH US on a level we needed. After we came to an agreement we met with Mr. Jeremy Trest the gentlemen behind the scenes or in his words the “Paper Nerd”. Signing of course is always the best part for me. I realize you can really be caught off guard signing paperwork for your new ride. That is why I am very cautious in signing any document. As I was poring over the documents trying to make sure everything was as discussed. Mr. Trest caught something that just made the deal that much sweeter for my husband and I! (I will not say what it was, but it can only be described as once in a lifetime occurrence.) I was astonished that I had missed this before and was about to miss it as we signed. This could have actually backfired and cost us more, but Mr. Trest and the dealership showed immense integrity by letting us sign at the original price agreed. In light of our experience, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND the people we had the pleasure of working with and the TEXAS MOTORS FORD dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. If you do not believe me visit them and then visit another dealership. I promise you will come back. They took care of our family and I am sure they will take care of yours! More
