Attempted to purchase a truck for the advertised price and they added $4000 in adds that are not listed on their website nor any third party website. I was interested in pursuing a truck that was in service waiting for a part and after a month of back and forth with the sales team and sometimes waiting for days for them to respond to my questions they ga waiting for a part and after a month of back and forth with the sales team and sometimes waiting for days for them to respond to my questions they gave me a very low number for my trade with no explanation where that number is coming from. Ordered a new vehicle from Ford thru this dealer. Sales person would not guarantee price would be at MSRP in writing, only verbal. I went thru with the deal, but when asking for a trade-in assessment they low-balled my trade and made up a list of "needed repairs" that were estimated to cost about 2-3X what was true (even if the repairs were actually needed, which they mostly weren't). New vehicle was delivered, sold to me at MSRP as discussed, but I did my trade thru Carvana (they paid $7500 more that McDavid offered). Just not a joyful experience overall - won't go back again. I have bought a vehicle (Ford Expedition 2019) on August 12, 2023 from McDavid Fort worth. The car was missing the middle row middle seat. The salesman Tek Doko has informed me that the seat has been ordere 12, 2023 from McDavid Fort worth. The car was missing the middle row middle seat. The salesman Tek Doko has informed me that the seat has been ordered but not delivered yet and he gave me the option to put it in myself or the dealership can take care of that and due to the dealership is almost one and half hour away from me, I asked him to ship it to me and I will put it in (install) myself. The Salesman added a document to his file that the dealership owes me the middle seat. when they gave me all the documents they did not add this page/document to the documents they mailed to me. anyway I gave the salesman almost 3 months before I gave a him a call and asked for the Seat, he did not know what I am talking about it and he totally forgot about it but he checked my file, he found the owe me document and he informed that they have not ordered yet but he will ensure to get the seat ordered on that day which is I think was back on November 2023. I have left a google review and they replied to me and asked me to call Ali Benli or Brian Bertschy . I have called both of them and none answered my call, I left a Voice message and both ignored it. I can't imagine a dealership like yours treat their customers like this. I will keep escalating, calling and reach out to McDavid Corp or Ford itself until I get my issue addressed and resolved. Please help a client that trusted you and left multiple dealerships and drove 100 miles to buy from you. Thanks, Mohd Alatrash More
Excellent service experience on our 2018 Ford Fusion - ~ 60,000 miles. We still had the original tires that needed to be replaced. Done efficiently at good value. There's never a good time to get your car fixed. I dropped off my daughter's car on Sat, Dec 23rd knowing it wouldn't be touched until Tues, Dec 26th. They did not even look at it til Friday, the 2 I dropped off my daughter's car on Sat, Dec 23rd knowing it wouldn't be touched until Tues, Dec 26th. They did not even look at it til Friday, the 29th!!! I'm glad I got a rental for a week! So much for being in their "Owner's Club" . The Svc person was nice though and kept me informed. The customer svc is great but the actual vehicle service is lacking. Sounds like they need more hired help. More
