Got What Needed To Be Done, Done. We have gone to Lynn before when trying to find a vehicle and he was very understanding and tried to not make the just buyer happy, but our whole fami We have gone to Lynn before when trying to find a vehicle and he was very understanding and tried to not make the just buyer happy, but our whole family. He is a family friendly man. He considered every angle to match what we wanted and needed. We were not fully committed to getting a new vehicle the first time. Couple months later we found ourselves up there again and we right away asked for Lynn. He was not there yet and we had to deal with a new sales man, but in the end we got Lynn which is what we wanted because he already knew all our situations, complications, and my "pickiness". He matched most if not all our requirements and we now have a ford focus. Once we were with the right sales man, "Big Tex", he got 'er done. Highly recommended! Well experienced! More

I appreciate working with someone who is ready and willing to do the right thing, especially since it wasn't even his fault that the right thing wasn't done in the first place! Great experience I was in the market for a late model Ford Focus. I agree with others that Lynn Self (Big Tex) is the best sales person I have dealt with. I am very satisfied with the car, the price and the process. Lynn and Vinny Losasso were helpful and nothing was forced and no pressure was applied, They presented their information and I could accept, counter, or walk away with no problem. They had a good selection of used cars and Lynn listened to my requirements and was willing to show me the best fits that he felt were within my budget even those that were a little above my budget. They didn't even acknowledge me!! I went in to try and get an oil change and wiper blades replaced on my F-150. I pulled into the service bay and waited. No one bothered to help me. Se I went in to try and get an oil change and wiper blades replaced on my F-150. I pulled into the service bay and waited. No one bothered to help me. Several people who work there walked pass me. No one said a word to me. I walked inside and waited for almost 10 more minutes. Still no one offered to help me, or even acknowledge my present. I walked back out and got in my truck without ever being helped. Worthless!!! I'll never step foot in there again. Peter More
