He got me a great deal and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase and my trade in value. For example... we had came in a few months earlier letting him know we were interested in upgrading to the 2016 ford. Instead of pushing us into a new vehicle we didn't want at that time, he told us to come back in later when they have better deals on the newer trucks. Lynn called us in a few months later to get us into our new 2016 F 150. Andre in finance was also informative and able to complete the purchase and give us the best rate and transfer our maintenance package and other items. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service and assistance from both Lynn and Andre!! More

Warranty work It was very difficult to get them to perform warranty work. Their standard phrase to customers is "Yeah, there's nothing we can do about that" to eve It was very difficult to get them to perform warranty work. Their standard phrase to customers is "Yeah, there's nothing we can do about that" to every customer that requests warranty work. I assume they do that to weed out most warranty work. Then after discussion and illustrating, the whole time is pretty much "Yeah, that's not fixable." In the case of body mouldings separating from the body panels, "it's not that big of a deal, we won't fix that." I had a hatchback rubbing paint. I was told the hatch is NOT adjustable. I.e. the way it's assembled at the factory is it. If misaligned, there's "nothing that can be done." And the paint work will NOT be done under warranty. More

The car sat untouched while I got some excuse about some other vehicle messing up the schedule but was told it would be ready sat. Only to call on Sat to be told transmission guys don't work on sats. It's now Monday 8 Feb mid day and the car is still untouched. I have to call for a status update no one calls to tell me anything. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS More

Salesman, Brandon Ball, stated that the vehicle had just come in, was available and was being serviced and detailed, and he would send more information when that was done. I advised him that I was ready to pay cash and buy it, sight unseen, as I am out of state. Although he emailed me three times, saying pictures and info were coming in a "few minutes", over a three day period, he never sent any further information or pictures. Finally spoke with someone else at McDavid, after he did not reply, and they advised that it had been sold. Not sure if this is the way McDavid does business, or just this guy. His lack of honesty and professionalism give used car salesman the reputation that is synonymous with the occupation. More

This was my sons first buying experience and Lynn made a great impression. We purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 crew cab and my son absolutely loves it. I have to say I may get one soon too. I will send everyone I know to Lynn "Big Tex" and I guarantee they will thank me. Not to mention his associates at David McDavid who helped make this deal happen. They followed up a couple times and i told them I already bought a car elsewhere. yesterday I got a call from Justin Wall who I never even dealt with there. I answered and he said is this Bryan... I said yes it is.. and he hung up the phone. I called him back and got VM which is how I know it was him that called. I called back 4 times and he would never answer. I mean really... Does that make you feel better to basically prank call someone because they didn't buy a car from you. I need another car soon but rest assured i wont even consider this dealership and I'll be sure to tell anyone I know that is looking, how rude they were. What a joke! More
Disrespectful, Dishonest, and Down Right Obnoxious After inquiring online about a vehicle, I was hassled all day to set up an appointment that day by 3 different individuals. I received 6 calls and about 10 text/e-mail messages but they made absolutely no effort to find the exact truck I wanted and just kept promising me they would find it if I would just come in. When I told them I couldn't give them an exact time I could leave work, someone put me on the books anyway and I continued to get even more calls wondering why I didn't show up for the appointment I never made. The next day, we bought a car elsewhere and I continued to get calls even though I asked them to stop calling. The experience has been entirely and unbelievably insane and I would avoid these old fashioned hassle hounds at all costs and go to a reputable dealership with an internet sales manager who knows how to behave professionally. More
Bad workmanship I took my F250 in for water pump replacement, that took several days, before it was repaired. I took my F250 in this week about two months from the fi I took my F250 in for water pump replacement, that took several days, before it was repaired. I took my F250 in this week about two months from the first time, and the water pump was leaking. I was told the bolts was broken and caused the leak. It was repaired, but I had to pay for the three bolts and the hose, but not for any labor. I question is, why should I pay for the repair at all, I didn't break the bolts, they were broken when it was installed. My cost was two days wasted plus $93.00 dollars. James More
