Purchase Experience Steve Belcher, my sales rep was great. He responded promptly with my internet inquiry and we met the next day. Steve handled the entire sales proces Steve Belcher, my sales rep was great. He responded promptly with my internet inquiry and we met the next day. Steve handled the entire sales process very professionally and smoothly. There was a problem with the vehicle having no second key or owners manual. Steve worked through the service department to correct this situation and contacted me frequently as to when the owners manual would arrive (3 weeks later!). Service manager, I believe was Charlie Pace, really took care of me in obtaining the missing extra key ( a 2 hour process for electronic programing and cutting) as well as obtaining the also missing code for the electronic entry. As of 32 days after purchase, I still have not received the license plates; Steve has been monitoring the situation and will mail them to me when they arrive. W. Kent Glanville, PhD More
