Quality needs to improve Last year my 2014 Escape was recalled for a door lock problem. About a month after the repair by David McDavid the driver side door started to rattle. Last year my 2014 Escape was recalled for a door lock problem. About a month after the repair by David McDavid the driver side door started to rattle. Since I had poor service before from this dealership I took my car to another Ford dealer and was willing to pay to have the door fixed. The new dealer called me and said when the recall was done 2 bolts were left out of the door hence the rattle. They fixed it without charge. David McDavid should review their services rendered because they are not attentive to detail and from 2 experiences with this dealership quality is not job one at David McDavid. I will not be back. The dealership is about 3 miles from my home. More

My focus keeps needing to be fixed for the same problem. My 2013 Ford Focus has had to be fixed a lot. It has had to have the clutch replaced four, now about to be five times, and Ford keeps finding excuses My 2013 Ford Focus has had to be fixed a lot. It has had to have the clutch replaced four, now about to be five times, and Ford keeps finding excuses not to give me a rental. I am a teacher, and I dont have them money to keep spending on a rental when Ford can't seem to fix my car right. They had it for a week and a half two months ago, and the same issue is happening again now. So when I called today asking for a rental, I was told I couldnt get a rental until my car was taken to the shop. I asked if I could drop it off on the day that my car is going to the shop and I was told no. So i will have to pay for a rental for a day or two, for a problem that was "Fixed" four times already. More

They added a warranty they I was unaware of and I went back to have it removed they wouldn’t remove it because they were already taking a loss on the vehicle and yet failed to inform me said warranty but you know it’s my fault for not paying attention to the paperwork so I have to own up to that, but they still screwed me. Most likely because I’m a woman. I’m very disappointed. Although they do get credit for having a decent salesman and getting me out of there speedy quick. I’m still unhappy about this warranty situation. I’m not sure who screwed me over, but I won’t blame the sales guy. More
Bit of a bait and switch / false representation Went to look at 2x Fusion Energi listed on our employee buying program and their web site. Researched the multiple options listed on website deciding what i had to have and what i could live without and trekked all the way out to look at the cars. Even their own sticker on the window of the car listed options the car obviously did not and I called it out to the salesman. got some lame excuse. They are a member of our employee auto purchase program which supposedly guarantees hassle free buying and a quick in and out - Ha Ha - almost 3 hours even with pre-approved financing with not even an offer of a water in the process. The salesman starting to get short with me towards the end as it was getting to end of shift. I almost left except some papers were signed and they had my cars keys. They need to go visit Park Place where i bought my last car to see what customer service is even when buying used. I ended up buying the car even though some of the options i liked were not there others i had to have were and I was wanting a PHEV. Never even got a business card so just recall the guys name was Tyler More
