The sales team is wonderful… Bryce and Michael were always helpful; however , all the cars … 3 … I have purchased here have had transmission problems. They always say they can’t find anything but toda always helpful; however , all the cars … 3 … I have purchased here have had transmission problems. They always say they can’t find anything but today I was told I could leave my car for 2 months yes months and they might get to it. They said they were not allowed to offer me a car as there were cars that had been here for months needing a transmission diagnosis. Obviously, Fords have transmission problems. So disappointing More
I attempted to purchase a vehicle, but it had several mechanical issues with it which weren't disclosed to me until I reported the noise it was making (and had not made during my original test drive). I mechanical issues with it which weren't disclosed to me until I reported the noise it was making (and had not made during my original test drive). I thank my salesman and the used car manager for sending it to the service department for a further review. Whoever had prepped it for release to me (as the buyer) had heard the noise (this is what my salesperson reported to me) but hadn't considered it worth advising anybody else. There were several front end issues that it took almost a month to complete. I don't trust the service department at this dealership after this experience! They gave me right of first refusal after the service department replaced several different parts, but I chose to decline since I could no longer trust that this was a reliable vehicle. More
- 9 stars Sales management + 5stars Ford product + 5 sales associate= 1 star Ford 5 stars makes a great product and I will always have a ford truck because they are reliable and trust worthy. Sal sales associate= 1 star Ford 5 stars makes a great product and I will always have a ford truck because they are reliable and trust worthy. Sales associate 5 stars, answered questions and tried to provided excellent sales. Unethical practices or bait and switch? If an item is not ready to sell why is it even priced? Why not have new arrival price to come? I recently tried to purchase a 2024 f450 xlt crew cab from McDavid Ford Fort Worth. The truck came available to the public 4/11/2024 On 4/13/2024 I completed an online purchase form signed documents at the advertised price. On Monday 4/15/2024 I reached out to the dealership to complete the purchase. Keep in mind no add ons were included in the price because at this time no add ons were completed on said truck. The Sales Manager told me I could not buy the truck without doing add ons because that how the dealership makes money. This took the truck from original msrp of 74,905 plus tax and dealership fees to 80,686.03 to 87,488.21 k. The dealership has a little messages stating **Price excludes tax, tag, and other governmental fees, customer selected options and the dealer’s $180 documentary fee. Price does not include additional options selected by the customer." It does state anywhere that you will be forced to do add ons if you want the vehicle. In addition, I was also informed that financing had to go through ford motor which not a problem, but I already had secured financing at a more affordable rate. Reasoning was they won't accept out of state financing. More
