3 hour wait... And still no oil change! Rude customer service. Car was not serviced and left after 3 hours of waiting. Other vehicles brought in the same time as mine were serviced even without an appointment. I bought the service plan with my vehicle however I am seeking a refund now and will not return. I will continue to steer other customers alway from this place. I will be contacting the GM on Monday and will continue to write a negative review until I speak with someone. Also, carefully look at their website. The service has a picture of them getting a 4.5 star review, however they are only ranked at 2.5 stars. I would give less then one star review if I could. Terry, your rude customer service is to blame. More
Awesome! Lynn was informative and helpful when finding me a new F150 that was similar to the one i already owned. He got me a great deal and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase and my trade in value. For example... we had came in a few months earlier letting him know we were interested in upgrading to the 2016 ford. Instead of pushing us into a new vehicle we didn't want at that time, he told us to come back in later when they have better deals on the newer trucks. Lynn called us in a few months later to get us into our new 2016 F 150. Andre in finance was also informative and able to complete the purchase and give us the best rate and transfer our maintenance package and other items. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service and assistance from both Lynn and Andre!! More

Warranty work It was very difficult to get them to perform warranty work. Their standard phrase to customers is "Yeah, there's nothing we can do about that" to eve It was very difficult to get them to perform warranty work. Their standard phrase to customers is "Yeah, there's nothing we can do about that" to every customer that requests warranty work. I assume they do that to weed out most warranty work. Then after discussion and illustrating, the whole time is pretty much "Yeah, that's not fixable." In the case of body mouldings separating from the body panels, "it's not that big of a deal, we won't fix that." I had a hatchback rubbing paint. I was told the hatch is NOT adjustable. I.e. the way it's assembled at the factory is it. If misaligned, there's "nothing that can be done." And the paint work will NOT be done under warranty. More

The car sat untouched while I got some excuse about some other vehicle messing up the schedule but was told it would be ready sat. Only to call on Sat to be told transmission guys don't work on sats. It's now Monday 8 Feb mid day and the car is still untouched. I have to call for a status update no one calls to tell me anything. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS More
