My point exactly.!!! I was supposed to pay$ 1800. For certification and Eddie told me I paid $ 2000. For certification .Then I paid $ 290. Unknowingly For the second key . It took phone call after phone call for 3 weeks to get the second key . It plainly states in writing you will be furnished 2 sets of keys with a certified car . I do not think you did me any favors furnishing me a key that I paid for twice and took 3 weeks to get.If that is the best story you can get from your sales department when they are the problem to begin with ..... My second point just talking again ..... I have in writing I was to be furnished 2 keys. And according to your own sales department I was not furnished 2 sets until I forced the issue for 3 weeks. ( Same old runaround ) David
