I asked for: 1. Photos of the damage first and foremost. That will determine if I am still interested. 2. Name of the shipping company so that I can inquire if DMcD is in fact paying for any repairs. I am pretty sure the transport company will pay for the damage ( if there in fact was any). 3. Your dealership to honor a deal. I sent in several replies that my bank is ready to do the transaction. I asked for an actual purchase agreement, not just a quote on letterhead. As you probably know the quote doesn't mean anything. I was told 'the truck could sell at any time to anyone...' by a sales director (you?) You have several and I was in a meeting when I got the call so I didn't get the name. What is that all about telling people the truck might sell? I simply said I need to know when the truck arrives so I can send my mechanic out to take a look. It would only take him an hour. Why would that be an issue?? If you already sold the truck just let me know. I have no time for games. Get me a 2018 Raptor with the options the truck in question has and low miles (less than 10k, and you got a deal. If you can't deliver, just let me know. There are plenty of dealers that don't waste people's time

I left multiple messages for multiple people at your establishment and no one cared to return the call. The one time I did talk to a rep, he game me about 60 seconds of his time and promised a return call. Don’t worry, another dealership was able to clean up your mess! The same dealership that just sold my husband a new truck. I assure you anytime anyone mentions buying a new car, I tell the story of your horrible customer service. It’s a shame it took a bad review to get any response at all.....
