The general manager reached out and asked that I give him a call. I called several times and even left a message with someone. Never received a return phone call. You should have my name and information in your system. I should not be the one bending over backwards taking a good amount of time out of my day to call and get in touch with whomever. I would like to think that you would do more than just respond with a "call me." It was the dealership that created this entire issue, not me. For the record, my Mercedes is still in the shop waiting to be repaired. The damage the leaking Windshield caused to my car is significant. Again, someone at that dealership had to have known the windshield was loose and leaking because the car had to get washed at some point by someone at the dealership. What about an inspection when the car arrived there? There is no way that it was missed if the dealership inspected the vehicle and washed the vehicle. Someone there knew.

What a bunch of baloney. Anyone who reads these reviews and sees your responses can tell these are basically cut and paste items . If you really cared , then you would change the way you do business . The fact is that your dealership consistently receives some of the lowest ratings for a good reason. Frankly , I can't see a reason for anyone to buy from you when there are so many better options in the DFW area. Its a wonder you are still in business.

Mr. Bertschy: thank you for responding to me. I have tried to call you several times with no luck in getting through. Perhaps you can help me with getting the plates for my truck? I can not and am not going to drive over 3000 miles to get a state inspection when I already got one and paid for one when I bought the truck. Not to mention that drive without the plates is illegal. Prashant, we are disappointed that we could not come to an agreement on a deal. Once the bank conditions were made, we provided you with the options to move forward with the purchase, however you became belligerent and threatened our staff because you didn't like those options given by the bank. At that point, we felt it was best to terminate the deal. It was then sent to the accounting team to refund the check that was going to be used as a down payment. We value our customers, but we also reserve the right to turn anyone away that may compromise the safety and integrity of our staff. Thank you for your interest and good luck.

You guys terminate the deal but never refund the down payment we paid. Was not allowed to take out stuff from the truck. We also had brand new B&W gooseneck ball in bed, and we were not given opportunity to take that back. So all in total you supposed to refund the down payment and ball both. Never heard anything from the dealership. I am sure CFPB will intervene and help with the situation. If you make irresponsible comments and statements to customer what do you expect from customer thank you and welcome.

I just tried calling and got sent to voicemail. We’ll see how this game goes. I’ll keep updated. Update. Brian called back and didn’t not take any responsibility for their mistakes. He said putting a lower percentage in their computer system, and then calling back later wanting $2500 was not deceitful. Nothing has been resolved. Will have to hire attorney at this point.
