Where to start. Out of state buyer. Buying experience was frustrating and took way too long. From arrival to leaving with my vehicle was 8+ hrs. Salesman would promi Out of state buyer. Buying experience was frustrating and took way too long. From arrival to leaving with my vehicle was 8+ hrs. Salesman would promise x minutes and he'd disappear for 45 mins. Have to call or text him to come back or get an update. There are differences in how my state both collects TT&L and I don't have to pay excise/sales tax due to be 100% disabled veteran. They wouldn't take any of the documentation I provided showing this including notarized documents from both the OK DAV and the tax commission. Gave up arguing with them about it and assumed I'd just get a refund through the state. Well it's been 60+ days and my vehicle is both unregistered and my temporary tag has expired. I've reached out to my salesman, left messages for managers to call me, sent a message to their corporate office, and filed a complaint with Texas dmv. Still haven't seen or heard anything. My next step will be going to Ford and the TX AG to file a complaint with them. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Texas and 8th vehicle I've bought from a dealership. It has been by far the most frustrating and most time involved with a vehicle purchase I've experienced. More

I purchased a new explorer with the normal back and forth you would expect when buying a vehicle. It was an upfront transaction and I would buy from them again. The new explorer needed an adjustment to it's you would expect when buying a vehicle. It was an upfront transaction and I would buy from them again. The new explorer needed an adjustment to it's sunroof shade (wouldn't close all the way to block the sun). The service department worked us in and now everything is good to go. More
