They put me in the exact car I was looking for, under the price I was looking for. These two guys and this dealership should be added to your list when searching for a new car. More

The first thing we told Roger, our salesma I visited McDavid ford this Wednesday to check out some used cars before I head back to school in Oklahoma. The first thing we told Roger, our salesman, was that we had a strict budget of $10,000 out-the-door (including TT&L). We already had been pre-approved for $10,000 and had our pre-approval letter in hand. Roger showed us several cars, including a 2017 Fiesta for $10,991. With the sticker showing almost $1,000 over our budget, I asked Roger if he was sure that we could get that Fiesta for 10k out-the-door. He assured me we could and told me "don't worry about that." We decided to buy the car and told Roger we would be back to pick it up in the next few days. Today (Friday) my dad told Roger we were ready to pick up the car. Suddenly, Roger says the price will have to be $10,500+ TTL which would come out closer to $12,000. I don't understand how he thought he could bully us into paying more for the car when we were so upfront about our budget being non-negotiable. It was the first thing we told him when we got there. He could have shown us cheaper cars that fit within our budget instead of wasting our time and showing us cars that he claimed would be in our budget and then not following through on his promise. I wish Roger wouldn't have lied to us because we could have found a different car at another dealership in our price range, but it is now too late because I leave tomorrow. I would not recommend McDavid Ford for used cars as the salesmen will waste your time and lie to you. Overall a very negative experience and I will certainly steer clear from McDavid in the future. More
Worst Service Experience My vehicle sat at the service department for 4 weeks without even being touched, once a tech finally looked at it they claimed it was a coolant hose a My vehicle sat at the service department for 4 weeks without even being touched, once a tech finally looked at it they claimed it was a coolant hose and reservoir that needed to be replaced that would cost over $800 with a discount since my vehicle was there for so long. A few days later they claimed it was ready to go and then received a text message that there was another issue but when my husband dropped of the truck that issue was the first thing mentioned. So then it would be another $800 in order to fix it all, i refused to have them work on my vehicle anymore due to the lack of service being done on my vehicle. Once brought out for pick up the splash guard wasn't even tacked on correctly so it was hanging off and my coolant is still leaking. Its been a waste of time and money dealing with this poor poor service. Would never recommend to anyone. More

Quality needs to improve Last year my 2014 Escape was recalled for a door lock problem. About a month after the repair by David McDavid the driver side door started to rattle. Last year my 2014 Escape was recalled for a door lock problem. About a month after the repair by David McDavid the driver side door started to rattle. Since I had poor service before from this dealership I took my car to another Ford dealer and was willing to pay to have the door fixed. The new dealer called me and said when the recall was done 2 bolts were left out of the door hence the rattle. They fixed it without charge. David McDavid should review their services rendered because they are not attentive to detail and from 2 experiences with this dealership quality is not job one at David McDavid. I will not be back. The dealership is about 3 miles from my home. More
