Do not expect good customer service at this location. BEWARE OF MCDAVID FORD! I recently purchased a vehicle from this location and of course didn't want the hassle of taking hours on end. I spoke with J BEWARE OF MCDAVID FORD! I recently purchased a vehicle from this location and of course didn't want the hassle of taking hours on end. I spoke with Jose Carreon and I had repeatedly said that I wanted to be out of there and we had an agreed upon price of $45k. Things were fine and we finished just over that amount but I wasn't completely upset until I was rushed through the financing (this was in the late evening and I knew I could refinance with Navy Federal Credit Union) but of course I get my first bill from USBANK a month later and realize that financing put almost $10,000 worth of service packages on my vehicle and the price was over $55k for a FORD EXPLORER! Of course I was irate and went to the dealership to clear things up and we discussed things over with Gerald Rollinson (sales manager). As they were speaking, Gerald looks back to Jose and asks if the financing has cleared on the $55k price and Jose says yes. Then Gerald looks at me and says "Well, looks like it's yours then. Take care". I understand they want to make as much money as possible but you'd like to think that customer satisfaction would play at least a small part. I have canceled the service packages but as of now (two months later), it still has yet to be removed from my account. I assume the only way to fix this problem is to speak to a general manager. More

It was taking a long time to get my plates, I called several times to check and left a message for the lady who takes care of the plates. I was never contacted from her, and ended up going and getting new temporary plates. After I got the new temporary plates I got a phone message, that I needed to sign some papers and to send them back. When I printed the papers that I was asked to sign, it was a Georgia vehicle repurchase\lemon law disclosure. On this sheet it says the reacquired vehicle warranty repair history summary is attached, it was not attached, so I only know the defect was driving performance lack\loss of power. I do not know what was done to fix it and was never offered a warranty. This was never told to me when buying the truck. I sent an email and left a message and still have not heard back from anyone. I'm not really sure what will happen if I don't sign the forms but I don't plan on signing them until I have more information. With this review maybe someone will finally contact me. More

Joshua Campos was the gentleman who helped us out. He was very attentive to us and conducted himself in a very professional manner at all times. We returned at least 3 time before making any decisions. We were unable to get a price on the vehicles we were looking at, just a sticker price unless we sat down to to buy the car? What!!! Although we did make our purchase elsewhere, I want to give him praise for a job well done. More

They used an outside shop to complete this work as many dealers do. When I received the truck back 2 days later, I noticed a 2-3 inch scratch on the outside of the bed of my truck. I brought this to the attention to the service tech when getting my first oil change. The service manager said he would reach out to the shop that installed the bed-liner and call me back. When he called back, he stated that the shop denys they scratched it and the service manager says it wasn’t them either. This was a brand new truck without a scratch on it! He refused to do anything to fix this issue and wasn’t too concerned about my new truck coming out of their dealership with a deep scratch caused by his service department or their contractor’s shop. It is quite frustrating to spend 70k on a truck and not have it in good condition when you take it home. I entrusted the dealership to deliver a level of service that one would expect with a new vehicle purchase, and address issues they caused to the vehicle. After reaching out to the Service Manager, my concerns have all feel on deaf ears. I will not do business with David McDavid again. This experience was surprising to me as I buy a new vehicle every 2-3 years (this was the first time buying David McDavid) and have never experienced such disappointing service from other dealers. I don’t feel that my request to have them fix the scratch they caused was unreasonable, but apparently the $50 it would have taken is more important than taking care of their customers. I hope my experience provides you insight on McDavids standard of service when you are looking for a dealership to buy from or service your vehicle. More
Over charged for service I currently have a dispute over a service charge on my 2000 f250 diesel. A labor charge of $447.00 to replace the ICP and pigtail. In checking with o I currently have a dispute over a service charge on my 2000 f250 diesel. A labor charge of $447.00 to replace the ICP and pigtail. In checking with other dealers and diesel shops the labor to replace was $135.00. So my complaint is they over charged me by $312.00. Not to mention the parts were 40% higher at dealer than could be purchased a parts store. Same ford parts. BEWARE So this dealer gets a 1 rating. Called 3 times to get dome action, Currently left with service manager Brian. who " will get back to me". I will update is this gets resolved. Brian called to say I was overcharged and is correcting the amount so I am changing my review to reflect the excellent follow up. Update 10/17/18. Refund was approved and communicated it was mailed. As of today no check, after 3 more calls it was stated it was only mailed yesterday due to delay with GM. So how long does it take to get a refund to your customer,, a month? Wow not good service. Certified Preowned means customer must inspect I bought a car for my wife at this dealership and later discovered that the vanity mirror was shattered. I asked that it be replaced about 10 days aft I bought a car for my wife at this dealership and later discovered that the vanity mirror was shattered. I asked that it be replaced about 10 days after I bought it. The service manager blew me off. Elizabeth told me it would be fixed on the phone and then when I asked about it in person took me to the sales manager, Mike, who said, "Sorry. We inspected the car and it was not broken when sold it to you." This is the same as claiming I am lying. The part is less than $100. You have lost my business and good will. More

I am absolutely blown away by the in My experience with your dealership was horrible. You couldn't give your sales team a sale even if they wanted it! I am absolutely blown away by the incompetance at your dealership. I found a car I wanted online - a 2015 Ford Fusion Platinum. I had approval through capital one. I wanted to make a deal and have paperwork ready when I came in. The first sales guy George kept insisting that I had to come in first. How does that make sense when you can literally buy a car online and have it delivered to your house? I started working though the internet sales manager Mark. Mark had my cap 1 paperwork, credit app and all required documentation. Called me to verify my info. Said come in Sat morning at 9:30 and we would be ready to go. Needless to say, nothing was ready when we showed up. He also passed me back to George who I did NOT want to work with. Mark gave us the runaround and every excuse as to why paperwork wasn't ready. Saying the finance team required a signature. Yet they ran my credit the day before. When explaining the situation to Mark he said he'd rather not sell us a car then listen to us. He really said that. So we walked out. Then the sales manager called us and said if we came back he would give me $200 off of the car. $200?! Is that a joke??? George and Mark wasted over a day of my time. I found a 2014 Ford Fusion Platinum AWD with 3k less miles for the same price at Autonation Ford (which ironically is 5 miles from my house). I called a sales guy, completed an online application, waited for him to text me to tell me paperwork was ready, drove to the dealership and was out in an hour and 30 minutes with the car. I was at your dealership at 10 am. Even after all the time you all had wasted, I had a new car from Autonation by 2pm. I don't understand how you guys are selling any cars at all. More

Technician stated battery was defective and did not start on any warranty work. I had to take time off of work to take my vehicle to have battery tested where I bought the battery 9 months earlier. The battery was perfectly fine and no issues found with it. Dealership was trying to make me buy a new battery when I didn't need one. One week later, car has yet to be worked on and I am still being charged $160 diagnostic fee even though all the work is related to the recalls. Very frustrated that they are trying to make you buy something you don't need. More
