They are here to just make money they don’t have ethics, morals. They took truck back in two days but never refunded down payment and also did not allow us to take our things from truck. They also took gooseneck ball. I don’t think they have intention of returning it either. Stay away from them in any situation. Because entire dealership works as gang. All the comments by their managers saying that call us we will fix it, all lie. In fact they are the one who approves all these xxxxty tactics and cheating customers is their expertise. More
Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. The finance woman was very unprofessional and rude. She called my company and asked the employee who answered the phone if we could "Cut" a check fo The finance woman was very unprofessional and rude. She called my company and asked the employee who answered the phone if we could "Cut" a check for $50K. She was told that they couldn't answer that question. This information did not need to be disseminated to the entire staff, i.e., that I was paying cash for a new truck. I complained to the salesman and the "Customer relations manager" who both tried to lie about this very unprofessional conduct and say it was Tele-A-Check that made the call. If they had a question about my funds they should have called the bank, which is what Tele-A-Check does. Needless to say my check was good and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to pay cash for a new vehicle. More
So I bought a brand new super duty almost 4 months ago now. My first temp tag expired so I asked for another. Then that one expired, so I called asking what the deal was, and for another temp tag. They informed me that they messed up my paperwork and didn’t do my taxes correctly. No one had tried contacting me during the 3 months since leaving the dealership. They said I need to pay almost $2500 out of pocket for their mistake. We signed a contract agreeing on a price. I’m not paying anything for their mistake. At this point they need to either cancel the contract and come pick up their truck, or pay for their mistake and get my registration and tags. I called back after finding this out and left messages on the finance managers voicemail, and the sales managers voicemail, but neither returned my call. If they get this straight I will change my review. If it’s still up it means they didn’t. More

The day of purchase went smooth and I left with the vehicle. About a week later (app. June 17th) I got a call from someone at the dealership saying that your team miscalculated my taxes, though during the sales process the finance team confirmed that everything was correct. They are now demanding that I pay ~$900 out of my pocket for an error that was made by their team, without any effort to help or to correct the error made on their end. If this wasn't bad enough, when I spoke with the director of used car sales (Deon I believe) he accused me of being dishonest and a thief for not opening my wallet to pay for your teams mistake, then bragged that he had the money laying around and if it were him he'd just pay the money. At this point the company has decided to do absolutely nothing to remedy their mistake. Instead there seems to be an odd contempt and contentness that they will just send whatever money they collected to my county and just leave me with the bill and the issue when I try to register my vehicle. Not only is this a large sum of money for an individual to be unexpectedly pay, but I made no errors in this transaction, instead the mistake solely fell on their team. Rather than make any effort to correct or admit the mistake, their team is just passing off the issue onto my shoulders. I feel extremely victimized and abused by not just the manner in which this is being handled but most especially by the accusations and manner in which Deon spoke with me. More

When I gave her the Serv. man's name and told her of the problem I was experiencing she said NO one was available to go to the phone, I asked to speak to a Mgr. No Mgr. I told her I wanted a Phone Call back, she repeated my #, that was 3-days ago, still no call back.after one hour, it finally started, I'll take somewhere else to find out what was wrong. More

Sterling Moody goes "well why did you open it" and then told me to schedule a service appointment online. The next morning, I turn my Car on to go to work and the check engine light is on. I bring it in ASAP. Never once did they tell me it wouldn't be ready that day so I sat there for 6 hours before leaving, after they promised to call me the next day. THEY DID NOT CALL. THEY NEVER CALL. I had to call multiple times over the next two weeks and argue with people to find out anything about my car. They would not give me straight answers and instead tried to cover up everything. Travis lost the papers on my car and gave me a run around. It was impossible to find out anything about my car. no time estimate, no details. nothing. upon receiving my car they got scuff marks everywhere that will not come off as well as oil prints on the interior of my car.The week after I got my car back I had a fog light go out. I had to wait 4 hours to get it changed. Now my check engine light is on again and ONCE AGAIN am being given the run around. they did not call to inform me my car would be staying there for more than a day even though they promised to give me a call at the end of the day. So I have no idea what's wrong with my vehicle. they do not care about your time or obligations. I understand service centers are busy but it would be nice to know that you won't have your car for over a week. More
