I just wanted to drop a note about the great service I received recently from Texas Motors Ford. I had a problem with my Ford truck and took it in for service. Even though I am a woman who knows very little about the mechanics of any type of vehicle, I was never treated with any less respect and everything was explained to me so I could understand what was being done. I received a phone call everyday my truck was in service and they saved me every penny they could. When I picked it up, everyone greeted me with smiles and I have never met a nicer, friendlier bunch of people. Thank you for all your help. Got a great used Dodge truck from Texas Motors. It was such an easy, hassle free experience. I was a little nervous, being a single female, about getting treated unfairly. Please do not use this dealer if you are a woman attempting to buy a car alone. I can't quite describe the overwhelming sense of being cheated that you feel when spending nearly $30K at a car dealer attempting to buy a car alone. I can't quite describe the overwhelming sense of being cheated that you feel when spending nearly $30K at a car dealership and being told that they couldn't even be bothered to fill up the gas tank because the car happened to be a year old/used. The one and only key/key fob they provided with the car stopped working within 3 months, and they also couldn't be bothered to provide the license plate mount that is required for the front bumper in TX. I guarantee that if I had not gone in alone (i.e. - with a man), I would not have been treated like a second class citizen. If I had been able to wait longer to buy a new car after my accident, I would have walked out. Unfortunately, I had to travel for business the next week and had no other option, which they used to their full advantage. More

The used car guy RON at texas motor FORD that listed trucks on Ebay basically dropped the F bomb on me over a deal we were working on. The Story I bid on a used Explorer truck and RON call me to disc trucks on Ebay basically dropped the F bomb on me over a deal we were working on. The Story I bid on a used Explorer truck and RON call me to discuss, we agreed I could come by the dealership and check out the truck. What I found was a completed dirty truck that had not been cleaned at all, in fact is smelled like someone had gotten sick in the truck. Ron told me the truck was checked by his techs and the truck was perfect. Clearly the only thing the dealership did was to take a trade and move the truck to the used car lot with out even touching the truck. I let Ron know the advertised condition of the truck was far from accurate and declined to continue with the deal based on misrepresentation. At this point on email through my ebay account he reponded with this exact quote "XXXX", WOW I sent him back a email telling him I guess he was telling to XXXX off. He responded with this quote "XXXXXXX" OK if the truck was as adversited all would be good, but instead he chose to show me the bird, very poor business PRO.
