Will not recommend this dealership for any service or maintenance work; the work and parts are over price and they will nickel and dime you. I took my vehicle in for maintenance and was charge to determ maintenance work; the work and parts are over price and they will nickel and dime you. I was informed of the problem and cost to correct it and afterward gave permission to make the repairs. after repairs I was told that the problem was not corrected and that it would be another charge to find the problem again. I was later told the problem was found again and that the cause including finding the problem grew from hundreds of dollars to over 3 thousands. For those who have money to burn this is a dealership for you; if not, I will not recommend this dealership; find one that will give you the total finding and cost up front to allow you to make a sound decision. More

After not agreeing to pay for additional repairs I was offered the opportunity trade in my vehicle with them. Do not trust their statement of warranty coverage. We Do not trust their statement of warranty coverage. We were looking for a VW Golf for my graduating daughter to take out west. We wanted a Certified Do not trust their statement of warranty coverage. We were looking for a VW Golf for my graduating daughter to take out west. We wanted a Certified Pre owned VW car since it comes with 2 year warranty from VW honered at all dealers. McDaniel had one advertised on the internet as a CPO car. We looked at it and liked it. The price was higher than others we were looking at but we purchased for the CPO. On delivery we asked several times if was a VW CPO and were assured it was by 2 different people. When I took it to my dealer for a warranty repair it was not listed by VW as CPO. I got with MCDaniel and they sent a contract for one of those after market scam warranty companies. Totally worthless. In addition, when I bought the car I told them I did not want one of those warrantys. I was very clear. Now I found 3 months later they never sent in the property tax statement to the county tax office so I am dealing with that as well. More
