Great Purchase Experience I had a great buying experience yesterday at Mc Curley. I had negotiated a purchase through the Costco program and had arranged to go there, approve I had a great buying experience yesterday at Mc Curley. I had negotiated a purchase through the Costco program and had arranged to go there, approve the car and carry out the purchase. The customer attention was outstanding. A salesperson met us immediately, showed us the car and went with us when we drove it and checked it out. The sales manager introduced himself and thanked us for coming. With the usual volume of paperwork, we were able to complete the purchase and drive away our new vehicle in a reasonable time. Before leaving, the salesman went through the process of pairing my phone to the car system and explaining other important features. It was a totally satisfying process. All the personnel we met were friendly, sincere and helpful. More

The lot is well-organized and the building itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and NOT pushy, and they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they sell. Despite the fact that I went in looking for a Subaru Outback, I wound up purchasing the Impreza Premium Hatchback because I was educated well on its features and performance based on personal history of the salesman while I was there... and since there’s no issues with test-drives there, I was able to drive it for myself and fell in love. Pricing was in line with everywhere else and was fair, and the vehicle was well worth it. My salesman, Jose Lemos, took his time and ensured that I understood how everything worked inside the vehicle with the infotainment system, and even paired my phone for me and downloaded my contacts into the vehicle. Of course, there was no way that I would purchase a car if my dog couldn’t ride comfortably in the back, so I asked a question that I was sure they would say “no” to... I asked if I could put my drooling, shedding, 70 lb fur child in the back of a brand new car. They said YES and removed the retractable privacy cover to make her comfortable for me! They also are true to Subaru’s spirit in the fact that they love dogs and welcome them- they even have a dog park outside with a freshwater spigot and bowl, along with waste disposal station! Once all was said and done, and I had sailed through the financing process (a bit of a wait, but smooth and quick when I got there), I was able to drive my beautiful and freshly washed new Subaru home with a full tank of gas! Thanks, Jose! I would recommend this dealership and I would recommend Jose himself if you are looking at possibly adding a Subaru to your family. More
