Wow Stewart Subaru I had never been treated this way before by a service department they're extremely kind friendly understanding a very very professional. When they were finished explains me everything that they had done and why they also of showed me a new problem that had come up and recommended that I get it repaired as soon as possible and work to prevent further damage to the engine. $700 for an oil change? Took it in for a 60K service. Took 3 hours. That works out to about $200 per hour. About the same as a brain surgeon. I booked the appointment on line and expected a check box to ask for a service loaner. Nope, that wasn't included. The only reason I took it to a Subaru dealer was so that when the CVT explodes (again) its covered under the 10year/100K mile extended warranty. More
