Customer satisfaction When I first took my car in my experience was awesome. I was told that I would get a call when the windshield was in either on a Friday or monday. I d When I first took my car in my experience was awesome. I was told that I would get a call when the windshield was in either on a Friday or monday. I didn't receive the call and I actually had to email. Shortly after I received the call to schedule. I have to follow up. Not them like I was told. I took my vehicle in very clean on the inside and get it back a mess. I know the windshield is contracted out with a different company but maybe check work that's going out YOUR doors. Most people dont care who gets the job done as long as it gets done. Therefore, the blame for that "mess" lies on Stewart Subaru because one drove it out of your doors. None the less when I contacted someone at the company I was told that the mistake can be fixed. The only thing is is that it is a very BIG inconvenience. More
