Very nice and informative staff I had just bought my 2013 outback from Stewart Subaru a few months ago when I started having problems with my engine burning through a lot of oil befo I had just bought my 2013 outback from Stewart Subaru a few months ago when I started having problems with my engine burning through a lot of oil before my change was due. I took my car in and talked with Aaron Torres and he started an oil consumption test on my car for free (under warranty). He explained the whole process and the requirements for my engine block to be covered under warranty so I could get a new engine for free. All went well and Aaron found I qualified under the warranty for a new engine block, and even informed me my cooling system needed repairs so I only paid for the part (no labor cost to me) to repair that since they already had the engine out. Highly recommended Aaron to anyone needing help, he'll explain everything to you and tell you what the bottom dollar is for your repairs. More

Juan was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in many years. He was a good listener and knew what I was looking for, which your lot seemed to have. He does not do the phony and sleezy act that too many car salespersons seem to think works. Your office was very friendly and professional without all the game playing baloney too often done in car lots. I am already highly recommending Juan and your dealership to everyone I know! But the experience was a typically excruciating dealership extravaganza. I got several WRONG quotes. Then I got meaningless, indecipherable garbage instead of clearly itemized estimate I asked for. And then a new problem discovered at pick up time that would cost $400 to fix. SERIOUSLY?! More
