Great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in need of a newer vehicle as I’m expecting and wanted to trade in my car. Becky was very courteous regarding my trade-in and gave me what I fel I was in need of a newer vehicle as I’m expecting and wanted to trade in my car. Becky was very courteous regarding my trade-in and gave me what I felt was a fair. Jared was extremely helpful in finding just the right car for me and my needs. He listened to me, took into account all of my requests and addressed all my concerns regarding this purchase. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Darrin was very friendly and knowledgeable. Outside of proving me all the information I needed to finalize the purchase, he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I’m very grateful to the Stewart Subaru team and I look forward to working with them again in the future. More
Loose hoses I hate to bad mouth a company I cannot prove did something wrong. But less than an hour after having my car here, my intercooler piping came off (whic I hate to bad mouth a company I cannot prove did something wrong. But less than an hour after having my car here, my intercooler piping came off (which had never happened before). I then checked all the connections in my engine bay and found multiple loose connections including bov, coolant return lines, vacuum lines. Now I don't know why the techs would need to be anywhere near these lines and I cannot say if they were, but I do pretty much all the work on my car so I know all the connections were tight before I came in for the recall check. Again I can't say for sure that these were touched by the tech but that timing is way too suspicious for me. More

I didn’t appreciate having to wait almost 2 hours when, in actuality, my car was done 30 minutes before I was told it was ready- I saw it parked outside the service area waiting for me! I was also more than a little miffed that I had to drive across town to get my “complimentary” car wash at a local business. What happened to washing it at the dealership? More

Our 2018 Subaru Forrester Juan didn’t expect a sale as he walked up to me. He asked what I was looking for. I said a used Subaru Outback with around 25000 to 30000 miles and no Juan didn’t expect a sale as he walked up to me. He asked what I was looking for. I said a used Subaru Outback with around 25000 to 30000 miles and not Green. He showed me a couple and then said “What about a Forrester? He showed me our car. We took it for a drive to pick up my husband. While driving we discuss children and grandchildren. We got to the house and picked up my husband. I don’t famamgle when looking for a car. By the time we got back to the dealership. We were both loving the car. Juan was respectful and not at all pushy! He is the kind of salesman I enjoy working with.
