Second chance didn’t fix anything I have been to this dealership twice now and both times have left feeling frustrated and anxious. The staff is lazy (did not come out to greet us) and I have been to this dealership twice now and both times have left feeling frustrated and anxious. The staff is lazy (did not come out to greet us) and rude (interrupted me and raised his voice at me for insinuating that they had a vehicle on the lot that they didn’t). We are looking to purchase a new Subaru and will now be taking our business out of town. Disappointing to see such poor customer service. More

Quick and as promised My driver side mirror became loose. I went by and talked with a service person who gave me an estimate for that and for installing new air filters in My driver side mirror became loose. I went by and talked with a service person who gave me an estimate for that and for installing new air filters in the engine and the cabin. The labor went over a bit but everything else was as estimated. I waited for about an hour and a half and got some knitting done, too! 😊 More

Above and beyond I was in for a routine oil change, but asked for a service person to try and find a money clip that had slipped down between the console and the drive I was in for a routine oil change, but asked for a service person to try and find a money clip that had slipped down between the console and the driver seat. While they were not successful in finding it, three individuals tried to find it. I suspect the seat will have to be removed in order to retrieve it. There was not charge for their time.
