Pet friendly and people friendly 100% I went in on a Sunday not expecting to buy a car (humorous I know.) but I fell in love with my bright orange 2019 Subaru crosstrek, Matthew Bland help I went in on a Sunday not expecting to buy a car (humorous I know.) but I fell in love with my bright orange 2019 Subaru crosstrek, Matthew Bland helped me test drive it and when it came to the next step on actually buying the car, I can say this man has patience! Both my mom and my dad were constantly asking him questions and they kept calling me (sometimes 15-20 minute conversations) and Matthew always waited so respectfully until I was done talking to them about the car, even when my father spoke to him on the phone about the details of my purchase, Matthew Bland answered all of his questions and ultimately gave me the best deal myself and my parents thought possible. The dealership was so pleasant they even let me bring my dog inside and gave him a Subaru car play toy and bandana. Which was so sweet. Pet friendly and people friendly? That’s my kind of dealership. More

Service, tire rotation and wheel alignment Katie was, as always, friendly and helpful. The servicing mechanics need to learn basic housekeeping and customer service. The owners manual was removed from the glove box and left on the floor, the key/locking lug nut tool was removed from its place in the spare tire compartment and left in the cup holder, and a large grease stain was left on the leather on the inside of the drivers side door. Oil change and tire rotation Service good.... issues with sales tactics for further repairs recommended. Dramatic, making it sound more urgent than needed. She came out and said my rear brakes were at 2mm or what ever, mentioned soon would be metal on metal and did i want to schedule...at that point i interupted and asked why this wasnt mentioned in July when i had my car serviced, tires rotated, and free inspection. The last time my brakes were mentioned was a couple years ago when they were at 4. (At that time it was recommended i start thinking about replacing them).. she and greg dug through my file and had no answer to my question. I then said i have to drive to CA the next week, and Greg said oh you will make it there... so i asked why the girl made it sound so urgent? Again no answer. More

Aaron, Darin and Katie all made sure that my vehicle was in tip top shape, and Becky ensured that I still had a vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced.
